Nurse Practitioners

Our Nurse Practitioners, Julie and Anna, can deal with minor illnesses

Nurse Practitioners

The Nurse Practitioners, Julie and Anna, predominantly offer minor illness appointments and can also deal with symptoms of menopause

Nurses

Our Practice Nurses Nadia, Rhonda, Zoe, and Louise as well as our Nursing Associate Caitlin offer appointments for chronic disease management, family planning advice, immunisations/vaccinations, wound care and help our doctors in the provision of minor operations.

Healthcare Assistants

Our Healthcare Assistants carry out duties such as taking blood samples, recording blood pressure, dressings, health checks, some injections, ear syringing, testing of urine samples, fitting of 24hr blood pressure recording machines and fitting machines which records your heart rhythm and heart rate.

Phlebotomists

Our Phlebotomist takes blood samples

Practice Management

The Practice Manager deals with the overall management of the practice including HR, Finance, Contracts, Service Delivery, Complaints etc.

Administration Team

Our administration team deals with the processing of daily correspondence, IT issues/queries, and all other administrative requests from patients and the primary care team

GP Care Navigator Team

Our GP Care Navigators will arrange appointments either by phone or face to face, process repeat prescriptions and help with any queries.

Secretaries

The secretaries deal with all hospital communications, including hospital referrals and any related queries.

Community Nurses

They provide home nursing services mainly for the housebound.

Health Visitors

Nurses trained in the prevention of ill health and child well being and are based in the Sure Start premises at Willington.
