Welcome to North House Surgery

North_House_SurgeryThis surgery website is used to present all our patients with up to date news and information about our practice. We will keep it current with any developments or other details that we feel are relevant to you.

The doctors work in a partnership caring for approximately 13,700 patients, in and around the Crook area. We currently have 6 partners, 1 salaried GP, 3 full time nurses and 3 healthcare assistants.

Within the practice you will be able to access Physiotherapy, Counselling, Contraception services, Heart Disease clinics, Smoking cessation clinics, Asthma clinics, Diabetic clinics and Travel & Childhood immunisations. 

We hope this website gives you the information you require about all the services we offer and how to access to them.

As well as a source of information about our practice, the staff and the services we provide, we hope you will use this website as a useful resource for other health-related information. Flu season is coming up.

 

We strongly recommend that all persons over the age of 65yrs and those under 65yrs in high risk groups are vaccinated to help prevent them catching influenza. If you are able to attend the surgery, all you need do is turn up on one of the days listed below, between the times stated, and our nurse will give you the injection.

 

Monday 10th October

1:15pm to 3:15pm

and 4pm to 5:45pm

 

Wednesday 12th October

1:15pm to 3:15pm

 

Friday 14th October

1:15pm to 3:15pm

and 4pm to 5:45pm

 

Monday 17th October

4pm to 5:45pm

 

Friday 21st October

1:15pm to 3:30pm

 

Thursday 3rd November

1:15pm to 3:15pm

and 4pm to 5:45pm

 

Thursday 10th November

1:15pm to 3:15pm

and 4pm to 5:45pm

 

If you are already under the care of the District Nurse,please contact the surgery no later than 28th October and we will then arrange for a District Nurse to call and give you the injection.
